If you're staying at the hotel on campus, you're in luck! You'll get to use all the university goodies, like the gym, pool, restaurants, school shop, and even a Starbucks. Plus, you won't have to deal with any LA traffic! Anything you want to know, just ask Michael!"

Flight

Los Angeles International or Burbank Airport?

When planning your travel, you can choose to fly into either Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Hollywood Burbank Airport. LAX is a larger, busier airport with generally more competitive pricing, while Burbank Airport is smaller and less congested, though typically more expensive. If you are using Uber or Lyft from LAX, know that you must take a shuttle to the "Ride Sharing" designated location where your driver with pick you up!

Rent a Car or Uber/Lyft?

Now how do you get to the Pepperdine campus in Malibu? You've got a few good options: rent a car, team up with others to slit the costs, or jump in an Uber or Lyft. Expect to pay somewhere between $60 and $100 for a ride from either LAX or Burbank, but that can change depending on when you land. Splitting a larger Uber or Lyft with your travel buddies is a smart way to save some cash. If you drive from LAX, expect a 45min-1hr drive with amazing ocean views along the Pacific Coast Hwy. If you're coming from Burbank, expect a 35-45min drive taking you through the beautiful Malibu Canyon.
