I didn’t know very many people when I started at Texas A&M, but Bri was one of the first to ask me to hang out and help me get to know the city. Who would have known that a kind gesture would lead me to finding my closest & best friend? 6 years have gone by and I feel like we’ve been through everything together—late night study sessions, wine nights, music fests, spontaneous road trips & all the wild shenanigans we managed to get ourselves into. She’s always been my constant, through thick & thin, and I am so glad that I’ve been here since she (re)met Mauricio so that I could witness their love for one another deepen. Now, I’m beyond ecstatic to be here for the both of them on their new adventure together! (P.S. You can catch me trying not to cry my fake eyelashes off on their wedding day)

It’s crazy in this world the people that you will running to. When I first saw Mauri he was this awkward kid who kind of kept to himself. But after getting to know him I realize there was something special in him. After a few years of mentoring him he became the better version of himself the person I always knew he was destined to be. Through his hard work and dedication he’s been able to accomplish a lot of things. I’m proud to stand next to him on his special day when he marries Bri, a woman of character and kind hearted. Growing up, my sister and I have always had a close bond. Being able to see her accomplish so many goals & obstacles has been pretty cool to see. Now that I’m older, Bri and I have been able to grow closer & I always cherish any moments I have with her. Whether It’s just going to the gas station for a little jam sesh, or going to the store to spend money on things we probably don’t need, Lol. You’ve always been such a great role model in my life & have taught me many things. You’re loving, hardworking, humble & a great friend. I know I don’t tell you this much, but I love you Bri & I’m so lucky to have you as my big sister. Seeing you & Mauri’s growth has been an amazing thing to witness. The first time I met Bri was when my brother brought her to meet us and we went to the Cheesecake Factory. And, like you can imagine I was being an annoying protective sister. But, after letting my guard down and got to know her, I’m glad I did. She is sweet and kind (and also makes really good jalapeño poppers). She’s a woman of God and someone I’m proud to call my family. Mauri always wanted a family, the family outings, cookouts, and movie/game nights. Now, I can see how genuinely happy he is and how in love he is with her. I can’t wait to be a part of their wedding and family.

I’ve spent the last 22 years getting to have Bri as my older sister. She’s taught me so much, given me a few bruises but has always had my back and I am so happy to be a part of her big day. When I first met Mauricio I was like wow this guy has style but over the years as I’ve had the opportunity to know him more I’ve learned he brings so much more to the table and I couldn’t think of anyone better to marry my sister! I met Bri 7 years ago, when I started dating her older brother. Over those few years our relationship has grown and I’m grateful for it. I remember like it was yesterday when she seeked advice on the best way to tell her parents about Mauricio. I felt honored. From that moment I was rooting for them since day 1 without even knowing him. Bri, i enjoy the times we get to hangout and talk, share wine experiences and enjoy each other’s company. You are more than just my sister-in-law, you are my bounus is sister. You are kind, independent, and strong and I admire that about you. I am blessed to call you family. So the story begins, every once in a while 2 people meet & you know it’s meant to be. This was clearly the case 13 years ago when Bri and I first met! Haha no, I’m not talking about Mauricio just yet. Bri and I met in 7th grade bonding over Twilight books & Paramore - to having horror movie sleepovers and attempting to learn guitar. Throughout the years, one thing has always been true... you are the best friend a girl could ever ask for. You’re admirable in everything you do, you love fearlessly and so incredibly strong. Growing up with the Elizondo siblings, and considering how much time I have spent in their home, I have kind of made myself a sibling. Being closer to Nathan, I didn't really care too much about Bri until we both attended the same college, where we became close family. Seeing you grow into an independent woman has been amazing! Mauricio definitely has his work cut out for him! As for Mauricio, I hope you realize what you're getting into... You're a great man, however I am sure you'll be an even better husband. I met Bri when she was 13 years old and knew her as my annoying little sister’s best friend. She soon became my “adopted” little sister that I would take under my wing. Our relationship has grown so much throughout the years & we have seen each other through our highs & lows. Bri introduced me to God in a dark phase of my life & I will forever be grateful for that. As the “Big Sister” in her life, it will forever be my duty to pick on her but I want her to know how proud I am of the woman she is today. Bri is fierce, independent, & a loving friend. Random Fact: The first day I met Mauri, he was a new boss transfer and I was dead nervous/awkward meeting him because I thought he was going to fire me. Flash forward to today, he ended up becoming a little (but way more mature) brother I never had. We’ve bonded and became close whether meeting his family, going to shows or just acting like a pair of goofs; I am beyond proud to call this guy right here my brother. In a way you’ve helped me come along in life and I am honored to be a groomsman for his wedding.

Fun fact: When Bri & I met in college she couldn’t stand me & never in a million years expected us to be friends. Little did we know, we’d end up being college wing(wo)men. I showed her the ropes at A&M- going to football games & shows, road trips, and of course NG adventures. After graduating, we moved to different cities, but we always manage to keep in touch & make it back to Aggieland for reunions. Bri is the most down-to-earth, kind-hearted, selfless person you could ever meet & I’m blessed to have her as a lifelong friend. Seeing Bri & Mauricio together is the happiest I’ve ever seen her. The man you know as Mauricio today was NOT the same Maurico I knew growing up. No, no; that man was a pain in my ass! An example, you say? Why, with pleasure. This “pain in the ass” blamed me(for which I got the greatest whooping ever in my 9 years of living) for grabbing a rock and cleaning it with my mom’s toothbrush. As the years went on, I saw this “pain in my ass” slowly grow up. Growing into the man he’s become now, along with the title as my best friend. Then just when I thought this man couldn’t get any better.. enters Bri. When I saw these two together, they were Bonnie and Clyde. A match made in heaven. Meet our sweet flower girl, Gabrielle- friends and family go by Gabby or Gabs for short. Gabby loves playing outside and that is where you can usually find her. She loves putting on dancing performances for her family so we know she will be showing off all her moves at the reception. This will be Gabby’s debut as a flower girl and we can’t wait to have her there on our special day!

Meet our handsome little ring bearer, Nathan. This will be Nathan’s second rodeo as a ring bearer and we couldn’t imagine anyone better. When he’s not on the baseball field, you will find Nathan riding his bike, playing the drums, or building masterpieces with his legos. Nathan loves going on outings with us and will even give us a list of ideas for the next date with him most of the time. We can’t wait to have him join us for our celebration!
