We’re getting married.. finally!!

The first time I saw Bri was in 8th grade at a basketball game. She was playing and I was in the student section. I wanted to talk to her but I didn't know her name. After the game ended she walked past the bleachers where I was sitting and she had a hoodie on with the name Church on the back… so l yelled out "Church!” She turned around but not fast enough to see who yelled her name because I got nervous and hid behind the crowd. Anyway, Church was enough information needed to look her up and find her on social media… where I also was too nervous to say anything, so I just let it go. Fast forward to the Summer of 2016, where I'm laying in bed late one night about to fall asleep and I get a FaceTime call out of the blue. Turns out I was on the list of boys they randomly decided to called that night. We managed to plan a meet up at the community pool where the boys definitely won at volleyball and we both found out we were highly obsessed with Japanese food! Now to the fall of 2016, after a volleyball game I stood outside the gym doors holding signs I made with punny pickup lines and a volleyball with the words “will you be my girlfriend?” Here we are, engaged, 8 years later and I'm sitting here writing our love story for our wedding website looking forward to marrying my best friend since 2016!
