Yes! We’ve always dreamed of having an outdoor ceremony, but it was also very important to us to be married in the Church, so we decided to have the best of both worlds! We will be married at St. James of the Marches Roman Catholic Church in Totowa, NJ on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM. While we absolutely welcome any guests who would like to join us for the church ceremony, please know there is no expectation to attend. We completely understand that many guests may choose to join us the following day for the outdoor ceremony and reception, and we’re simply grateful to celebrate with you however you’re able :)

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1st. If we don't hear from you by this date, we'll assume you're unable to attend. However, if you anticipate any difficulty meeting this deadline, please reach out to us directly, we're happy to work with you.

RIGHT NOW! If you are planning on staying at the Grand Cascades Lodge, or Minerals Hotel at Crystal Springs you should book your room if you THINK you are coming. There are a limited number of total rooms at these resorts and they book up pretty fast, and far in advance, for the month of September. You will need to pay a deposit of one night's stay when you book, but you can cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before arrival. Make sure to call reservations (866.921.0422) and mention the Handal-Knightly wedding block for discounted rates.

No, rooms cannot be booked online, they must be done via phone call. A limited number of guest rooms have been set aside at the Grand Cascades Lodge and The Minerals Hotel. To reserve your hotel accommodations, simply call 866.921.0422, choose prompt #2 and mention the Handal-Knightly Wedding. Requests must be received ASAP as rooms will get booked for the holiday weekend quickly and prices will increase when the room block is filled.

The reduced room block rate for our wedding is valid from Thursday night (9/3/26) through Sunday night (9/7/25)! Feel free to stay up to 4 nights with the reduced rate and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer!

Answer

While we understand that some guests may have little ones staying back at the hotel during the wedding festivities, the pool after-party is strictly for wedding guests. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests — and your children as well. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there any place to change into a bathing suit for the after party?Is there any place to change into a bathing suit for the after party?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at Grand Cascades Lodge, feel free to head up to your room to change and come back down to meet us at the pool! If you are staying at Minerals Hotel, please bring your bathing suit with you to the wedding events and you will have full access to the locker room and all bathrooms to change! If you have a family member or friend staying at Grand Cascades, you could also ask them to leave your bathing suit in their hotel room to save you a trip back to Minerals Hotel. Or if you wanted to drive back to Minerals Hotel, change in your room, then come back for the party that is certainly an option!

Black-Tie Optional. Women can choose either a formal evening gown or a shorter cocktail dress. Men can wear a suit with either a bowtie or necktie.

We hope you understand that due to space constraints, we are unable to accomodate plus-ones unless otherwise specified on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

There will be a shuttle both to and from the hotel for our out of town guests that will be staying at Minerals Crystal Springs. Shuttle pick-up and drop-off times will be posted here when it gets closer to the date!

Hotel guests have access to all hotel amenities from 12 PM on the day of check-in to 5 PM on the day of check-out. Amenities include: - All pools/hot tubs - Fitness Center - Archery - Axe Throwing - Marshmallow Roasting - Rock Climbing - Guided Wine Cellar Tour - Pickleball - Spin classes - Lawn games Please refer to "Things To Do" for additional activities at the Resort!
