When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible after receiving the invitation, but no later than April 8th. There are many high profile events in our area that weekend and we hope that through a prompt RSVP, accommodations will be plentiful.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. We kindly ask that our guests are dressed in cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive so as to be seated for the ceremony no later than 4:20pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a Room Block at the Embassy Suites in Concord. Should there be any accommodation issues, there are numerous hotel options in the same area as it.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, however it is limited.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Embassy Suites, however it will be limited to 92 seats going to the venue from the hotel, and one early and one late 56 seat shuttle back to the hotel.
