The shuttle bus will be departing from Mainland Holiday Inn starting at 4:30 pm and going to Bonnet Island. The shuttle will provide service back to the hotel anytime up until 1:15am.
Prior to entering the venue, our employee, vendor and guest screening guidelines will include denying entry to anyone who: has flu-like symptoms, has traveled outside the US in the last 14 days, has had contact with a COVID-19 person or anyone with a current temperature of 99 degrees or above. All employees will wear latex gloves and facial masks during the duration of the event. All cocktail hour stations will be attended by staff members, so multiple people are not touching serving utensils. All cocktail hour stations will be designed to ensure food is not exposed prior to being served. All interior spaces will be cleaned and sanitized before and after your occupancy with high grade antibacterial cleaning solutions.
No we are not requiring the use of masks, therefore we are asking everyone to get COVID testing before arrival!
We have the estate the entire night so although we need to clear out of the reception hall at 11 pm, we have arranged to maintain bar service throughout the estate along with a live guitarist
Although we would love your children present, we kindly request no children. We want our wedding to be a night off!
Due to coronavirus we postponed the wedding with high rates in the NY/NJ area and slow opening of the businesses to full capacity.
Unfortunately you must call the hotel back to make them aware of the date changes. We do have a room block now for Fri and Sat at the mainland Holiday Inn.
No worries, you can send an email direction to eliades24@gmail.com to explain and the bride will take care of it!
There is a small parking lot directly in front of the estate for those who wish to drive there themselves. We will have a sign out on the day of the event for hopefully more directional clarity as it is on a side road.
