The Broadmoor offers a complementary valet. Just pull up to the main building and let them know you are there for the Gamez wedding!
Upon valet parking your car we ask that our guest take a very short walk to the south building. Upon reaching the south building there will be a shuttle service to transport our guest to the chapel for the ceremony, and then back to the main building for the reception afterwards.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
The ceremony will take place indoors at the Pauline Memorial Chapel located on the Broadmoor premises. There will be shuttle transportation from the South building to take our guest to the chapel. The cocktail hour and reception shall also take place on the Broadmoor premises but at the Main Ballroom located in the main building. Please take the shuttle from the chapel back to the main building.
The ceremony will promptly start at 4 o’clock. We request that all guest arrive no later than 3:45pm to make sure they are seated in a timely fashion.
In order for our guest to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an “unplugged” ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will capture those special moments and we would be upset for any well intentioned guests’ phone to block their views. We will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
All good things much come to an end! Therefore, our wedding will end at 11pm.
We love your kids, we really do! However, due to venue limitations, we request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation.
