How does the shuttle service work?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will pick up guests at the hotel two times before the ceremony. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4:30PM and again at 5:00PM. Please plan to be in the lobby a few minutes early.

What should I know about the ceremony and reception setup?

Answer

We’ll be saying “I do” on grass, so feel free to ditch the stilettos. If the weather has a mind of its own that day, a light jacket might come in handy. The reception will be under a tent, so you’ll be covered.

To keep things easy and stress-free, we invite all guests to park at the hotel as the house has limited space!
