It all started at a wedding—just not theirs. Jeff and Bri were both part of Chelsea's and Caleb's wedding party. (Bri's older sister and now brother-in-law) Jeff was Chelsea and Caleb's good friend. Through the entire weekend of celebrations, Jeff didn’t miss a chance to flirt with Bri. She acted cool, but she definitely noticed. After the wedding, Bri found Jeff’s Yeti cup left behind in the groomsmen suite. She texted him to let him know she had it if he wanted to meet up. His response? “Can we make it a date?” Naturally, she said yes—but added, “My sister can’t find out.” She wasn’t exactly sure how she’d feel about her little sister dating her friend. Jeff took Bri out for pizza at Marley’s and a movie. She fell for him immediately. Everything just clicked. A few more secret dates later, it became harder to keep the secret—especially since Bri was smiling more than usual. Eventually, it slipped. Chelsea and Caleb were shocked at first, but after a little while, they came around—especially when they realized we could do double dates for life. Four years later, Jeff proposed to Bri at Marley’s Pizzeria—right where their first official date happened. And now, eight years since that wedding weekend, their getting married themselves. With the tables turned, they now get to have Chelsea and Caleb apart of their big wedding day as Bri's Matron of Honor and Jeff's best man.
