When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 1st so we can finalize details with our vendors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where's the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held at St. Mary's Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, followed by a reception celebration at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in spring formal attire. We’d love to see guests in pastel shades, florals, or bright spring colors. Formal suits and floor-length dresses are encouraged.

Are kids and plus ones allowed?

Answer

Due to space limitations at our venue, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitation.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The Mass will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 12:30 p.m. to allow time for seating.

Is there parking at the church?

Answer

The church offers ample parking for guests, including a dedicated paved lot on-site as well as an overflow lot conveniently located adjacent to the main parking area.

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to have provided our vendors and venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

Is the reception outside?

Answer

The reception will primarily take place indoors; however, weather permitting, guests are invited to enjoy the balcony connected to the reception space throughout the evening.
