We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We actually met through Facebook lol! Then I noticed that my best friend Emily was friends with Jake so I had her introduce us. I think we were both nervous to finally meet each other in person, but we hit it off and have made so many beautiful memories ever since. Now nine years later we are FINALLY ready to tie the knot!

At this point we have been together for eight years. I knew he was probably going to ask soon but had no idea when. It was a Wednesday August 12th, jake randomly wanted to go out to a nice dinner. Mind you were in the middle of a pandemic and there was not too many places open or with availability for dinner. So after a few phone calls we were able to make reservations at Boca Bay. We get there, order a bottle of wine, and were having a nice dinner. I get up to go to the restroom and come back and see jake whispering something to the waitress.. I thought thats weird but then thought maybe he was saying it was my birthday for a free dessert... I had no clue! So we're at the end of our meal and jake ask the waitress to take a picture of us. Ok sure, we can just sit in the booth and take one.. Jake, no lets stand up. Me, why? theres nothing around to stand in front of besides the group of men behind us eating dinner.. So we end up standing up. Jake then gets down on one knee and ask me to marry him! I was in shock! I had absolutely no idea, but it was the best surprise ever!
