When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Tuxedos and gowns are encouraged, but suits and cocktail dresses are also welcome. Use this as an opportunity to dress up! Please avoid wearing sundresses, white dresses, polos, shorts, denim or sneakers of any kind. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with an indoor reception to follow, so please keep this in mind and check the weather so you can dress accordingly.

What is the wedding party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing black, floor-length gowns. The groomsmen will be wearing black and white tuxedos.

How long is the wedding?

Answer

The event will take place from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Please see the "Schedule & Attire" tab for specifics.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at Bakers Ranch. Parking is free and parking attendants will assist, as needed. There are handicap parking spots available at the front of the venue as well, for your convenience.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We hired a photographer, videographer and content creator to capture every moment of our special day. Our ceremony will be unplugged, meaning we are asking for all guests to be fully present and refrain from using their cell phones and/or cameras. For the cocktail hour and reception, however, please take all of the photos and videos you wish and send them to the bride & groom throughout the night! Thank you for understanding.

Do you have a registry?

In lieu of gifts, we kindly ask you to please visit the "Registry" tab and contribute to one of our funds.

If I am traveling from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

We have not reserved or blocked off any hotel rooms at this time. If you are traveling, Bakers Ranch has kindly provided a list of hotels that are in close proximity to the venue. Please see the "Travel" tab for details and specifics.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Drinks will be served during cocktail hour and at the reception, however there will not be an "open bar". Drinks are complementary to you, however. We have chosen signature drinks as well as beer, wine, champagne and other spirits that can be mixed with various sodas and juices.

Who can I notify of my food allergy?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by a local restaurant and served buffet-style. If you have a food allergy, please notify the servers as you enter the line so they can best accommodate your needs.
