The bride's friendship with Jenna is rooted all the way back where they met in Kindergarten! Their paths reconnected during freshmen year of high school at volleyball tryouts. Since then, numerous sleepovers, hikes, heart talks, and adventures have taken place. Jenna has seen, supported, and loved the Bride through every major life transition, encouraging her along the way! Jenna has also challenged the Bride in her faith and supported her through all the mission trips that took place in college and afterwards. To know Jenna is to love Jenna. The Bride is deeply grateful for such a cherished, lifelong friendship and views Jenna as a close sister in Christ.

Shauna and the Bride met in high school Biology class. Their friendship blossomed over the years and continues to be an incredibly life-giving friendship! The Bride has countless memories of hiking trips, sleepovers, Hallmark movie nights, and New Year's Eve celebrations with Shauna. She values her wisdom, gentle honesty, the way Shauna can bring contagious joy into the room, and cherishes the memories made over the years with Shauna! The Bride admires and values Shauna's work ethic, intentionality with her friendship, and her support as she navigates all the life transitions taking place!

Kyleen's friendship with the Bride goes back an entire 10 years!! Their friendship originated as freshmen volleyball teammates and then grew to tennis partners, aspiring educators, and travel enthusiasts! The Bride is genuinely grateful for this friendship, her experience in high school would not have been as life giving had it not been for her friendship with Kyleen! Today, the Bride and Kyleen continue to do life alongside each other as elementary school teachers, tennis buddies, and ongoing travel enthusiasts. Kyleen continues to root for the Bride in every area of life and the Bride aspires to travel just as much as Kyleen does when they aren't teaching.

Dani and the Bride met freshmen year of high school at volleyball tryouts. Their friendship strengthened over the years as they pursued there dreams as aspiring educators. Dani blessed the Bride with her gift of humor, continuing to bring immense joy to the Bride. The Bride recently had the honor of standing beside Dani on her wedding day and has deeply enjoyed multiple double dates with this couple. The Bride has cherished this time being back in Seattle where she can do life more closely with Dani and is thankful for all the ways Dani has supported her with teaching, long distance relationships, and all the other transitions these past 2 years presented!

Mia and the Bride's friendship began and quickly blossomed during there years at Glacier Peak High School. Tennis partners quickly turned into having Mafia game nights, MOD pizza night outs, and deep heart talks about faith, God, friendship, and the transitions in life. Mia and the Bride stayed close during college and when the Bride moved to Africa for six months. The Bride is deeply thankful for the friendship she has in Mia, a friend rooted in prayer, and one who shows up and stays when life can get kinda crazy at times!

Claire & the Bride met in Jos, Nigeria in January of 2018. Claire, who is from Northern Ireland, and the Bride who is from Seattle, WA became very close friends during those six months in Nigeria, bonding over comical cultural sayings and life as they knew it in Nigeria. From spending all day leading discipleship classes in the bush to having movie nights and late night chats, Claire became one of the Bride's dearest friends that year. The Bride admires Claire's selfless character and servant leadership. The Bride is fully confident that one day, her and Claire will be back in Africa serving together and having the grandest time!
