When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 1st, 2026 through the RSVP tab on this website.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive between 2:30 and 2:45 to allow adequate time to park and find seating.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal.

Can I take photos of the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! That means that we kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony so that you can be fully present. You are, however, welcome to take photos and videos during our reception!

Are plus ones invited?

Answer

If we have been able to extend a plus one, we have included it on your invitation and it will appear as ‘Guest’ when you RSVP on the website.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We are happy to say that children are invited and we look forward to celebrating with our youngest family members! All invited children have been accounted for on our guest list and will have a designated space when you RSVP. Keep in mind, the venue requires children be supervised at all times and childcare services will not be provided. The venue also does not provide high chairs.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both outdoors. While the venue does have a plan if it rains, please consider that Flagstaff temperatures in May can be warm during the day while cooling down at night.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

The venue is in a rural area; there will be no shuttle provided. There is a parking lot available onsite for guests. Please plan ahead and travel safely.

Is there a bar?

Answer

There will be a full bar throughout the evening for your enjoyment! The venue will serve a variety of bottled beverages, wine, and cocktails.
