Formal invitations will be mailed in July 2026. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by September 12, 2026. Please indicate your entrée selection when submitting your RSVP.

Guest Accommodations

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the Save the Date and formal invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Dress Code

Answer

We kindly request that guests dress in black-tie or formal attire. Women are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns, and men are advised to wear suits or tuxedos. We look forward to celebrating with you in style.

Arrival Time

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to the ceremony, which begins at 1:00 PM, to allow sufficient time for seating. For the reception, guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before the 5:00 PM start time to allow adequate time for parking. Upon arrival at the reception, ushers will be available to happily assist with parking at the Banks Waterfront venue.

Between “I Do” and Cocktails

Answer

Following the ceremony at the church, the wedding party will be taking photos nearby for approximately one hour. During this time, guests are invited to enjoy a brief intermission before the reception and cocktail hour begin at 5:00 PM. We encourage you to relax, explore the surrounding area, or return to your accommodations to prepare for the evening celebration.
