Yes there will be beer and wine offered at our reception. We would love to have everyone that is able to celebrate with us at the reception but please drink responsibly and respect the venue and staff as well. Please keep in mind that Donovan and I are not responsible for finding rides for anyone who wishes to drink at the reception, so please plan accordingly. Also, if you are able, please bring cash to tip the bartender as well!
Yes, there is a gravel parking lot that should accommodate a large amount of vehicles. We do recommend carpooling with guests that you know to ensure that we have enough room for everyone's vehicles!
Semi-formal. If possible, please try to avoid casual clothing such as T-shirts and denim jeans as options. We want to see all of our guests dressed up!
Yes! If your child/children are written on the invitation, then they are more than welcome to celebrate with us!
Even though Donovan and I would love to have everyone bring a plus one along, we simply cannot due to limited seats that are available at the venue. Unless Donovan and I have addressed them in your invitation, plus ones are not an option unfortunately.

Ideally, we would like for you to show up at least 15-20 minutes prior to the listed start time for our ceremony so you can find a seat and be ready for it to start.
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony which means no devices are to be used during the ceremony. Please let our wonderful photographer take pictures of the ceremony that will be posted on social media once finished. We would hate for our photographer to not be able to give us certain pictures due to a phone being right in the middle of it and it being in the way.
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held inside the main barn with activities to do outside as well.
Yes, as long as you are out in the gravel parking lot and you pick up any remnants of cigarettes, cigars, etc. when you are finished.
Please RSVP by no later than September 19th that way we can confirm the final amount of guests expected for the caterers and the venue staff. You can RSVP on the website or you can message Donovan or me and we can RSVP for you as long as it is by September 19th.
