We met in elementary school in the ripe year of 2006. We had totally different friend groups from this point and all throughout high school. We even had a minor fling soon after high school but this did not last as both of our lives were going in different directions as I lived in Huntington at the time and he was still here at home. We then reconnected in January of 2023 and this is where our love flourished into the rollercoaster that we are experiencing to this day! With this being said neither of us would want to do it with anyone else.

Ever since about 6 months of us being together, I have told Donald that I want him to propose to me with a ring pop. Yes! A ring pop. He thought the idea was silly. Well lo and behold, the ring he has purchased for me is on back order and he couldn’t hold off any longer. So on September 17th 2024, he got down on one knee in our living room and proposed to me in the way I always wanted him to. We are still awaiting my actual ring so I am wearing a basic one for now, but I will update everyone as soon as my actual ring comes in!
