Brianna and Dominick met on a dating app called Bumble (so millennial of them) back in October 2018. Both were recently out of long-term relationships and were tired of the dating scene, but they remained hopeful that true love was still out there and that their perfect match was searching for them too. One day, Brianna received a notification on her phone: "You’ve Got a Match!" When she opened the app, she discovered she had matched with a guy named Dominick. She thought he was pretty cute and liked that he mentioned being a "hopeless romantic" in his bio, as she considered herself one too. So, she decided to reach out and said, "That makes two hopeless romantics ;)." Dominick responded quickly, and a few weeks later, they went on their first date at the Red Rooster Drive-In. However, to Brianna’s surprise, she returned home that night and told her mom, Roseanne, and her cousin, Jessica, how the date couldn’t have gone worse. "He barely made eye contact with me, said whatever came to mind with absolutely no filter, and worst of all, he thought the date went great when I thought it was awful!" Usually, Roseanne and Jessica would say, "Move on, next!" but for some reason, this time, they both advised, "Why don't you give him another shot?" Brianna was confused but trusted her mom and cousin's advice. After several more attempts by Dominick to arrange a second date, Brianna finally agreed, and the rest was history! Brianna and Dominick soon realized how much they had in common and how much they needed each other, finding a home in one another. Now, they're ready to embark on their next journey together, as they become husband and wife on June 7, 2025!
