Suppose you've ever met Brent and Anthony. In that case, you'd know that going on an errand with either of them is a risky decision because you never know where you'll end up, and you never know how long you'll be. So it should be no surprise to anyone here that we don't know when or how we met. All we know is that during one of those "adventures," our paths crossed.

For everyone else, 2020 was the worst year of their life. COVID had shut everything down. People were arguing over vaccines and the election. Mask mandates were everywhere. We were all trying to find joy somewhere, anywhere. Canaan and I just happened to find it in each other. It was the start of everything for us, the beginning of forever. Imagine being worried about having a mask on your first date; that's where we were. But before the movies, the first kiss, and all the talk about forever, there was a friend request. I had always thought Canaan was cute, so I sent him a friend request on Facebook. The feeling was mutual because it didn't take long before we started talking to each other all day long. Eventually, we went out to lunch to get to know one another. The next thing we knew, Canaan called my dad, asking if he could take me out on a date. And that was the start of our forever.
