Brandon and I first met in 2014, working together at Dunkin’ Donuts. Over time, we became friends and would stay connected only through social media likes. We both dated other people throughout college but knew in our hearts that God had someone better for us. In 2017, we just happened to cross paths again after not having seen or spoken in years! Initially we bonded over music as Brandon had beats he created but no lyrics for them, and I had songs written out but couldn’t find quality beats. Together, we released my first Christian rap album LDIII in 2020. Needless to say, we’ve been inseparable ever since!

Brandon called me from work and told me to get dressed because he was taking me out. What seemed to be just a romantic date night ended up being one of the best nights of our lives! He made dinner reservations at Carrabba’s (one of my favorites), we had the most AMAZING service and at the end of the night he told me to close my eyes, held my hands and explained to me the significance of the date and how much he loved me. 7/7/21. 7 is the number of completion and after having confirmed with God first and then with the blessing of my parents he knew it was time to take the next step with me. He got down on one knee and when I opened my eyes, he was there with a beautiful emerald and diamond ring! I was so surprised! 😊 He was extremely thoughtful as he chose the perfect ring with green being my favorite color and soon to be new last name! #AisleGoWithGreen 🥰
