The ceremony is set to begin at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony, leaving time to mingle, get settled and find your seats.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire. This means no blue jeans, khakis or chinos, sneakers, flip flops, or other casual wear. Feel free to wear a trendy cocktail dress, a sleek jump suit or a dapper suit with a jacket and tie. You're welcome to wear colors and patterns or lighter colored suits but please avoid wearing primarily white or tan dresses.
The ceremony will take place outside, the cocktail hour will be a mixture of outdoor games and indoor refreshments and the reception will be inside. In the event of poor weather, all events will take place inside the cocktail and reception area.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize and dance! Thank you for understanding!
If your guest's name is listed on your invitation and noted on your RSVP, then yes! Invitations will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow people specified on invitations to attend. We ask that beyond that, you do not bring any additional guests to also help ensure an intimate event with close friends and family!
If you do not RSVP by the date listed on your invitation, unfortunately you would not be able to attend the wedding. If you were to show up without RSVPing, there would be no seat or meal for you.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have wonderful professionals ready to capture our special ceremony.
There will be any open bar stocked with a limited menu. We will have beer, wine, hard teas/seltzers, select mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. We hope to have something for everyone but do however, kindly ask that you do not bring your own beverages.
Yes, there is plenty of (free) parking in a paved lot at our venue. Guests can not leave their vehicles there overnight so please arrange your transportation accordingly.
Yes! The parking lot is paved, the ceremony is in an open grass space, and the reception area has entrances and bathrooms to accommodate guests of all abilities.
