How do we book our stay?

Answer

Keep an eye on your emails. We are using a travel agent to streamline the booking process. You will need to reach out to her to book your room with our promo code. Please provide the dates you are coming, how many people are in the room, and the room type you want. Kindly note there is a 3 night minimum with our promo code.

Is there transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes! Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time). Service is to and from Cancun InternationalAirport, Punta Cana International Airport, or Montego Bay International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! You will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. This process can take 4-6 weeks, so don’t wait!

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, this will be a grown-ups-only celebration! The resort is 21+, so we won’t be able to accommodate little ones. We hope you enjoy a fun weekend away with us!
