Are kids allowed?

Answer

Due to capacity constraints, we have decided to keep our reception an adults-only event with the exception of our wedding party and some immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will both be held at The Uplands. The address is 30182 N. Dee Bee Road, Farmington, IL 61531. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be in the airconditioned building. https://theuplandsnorris.com/

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal attire is requested. With June weather being unpredictable, please dress accordingly.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 27, 2026. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; We will be sending final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and vendors in a timely manner.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before our ceremony begins to park and take your seats. If you are running behind and arrive past 4:30, we ask that you wait until our ceremony has concluded to join us.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a large grass lot in front of the venue available for parking. There are handicapped spots at the front of the building available for use.
