FAQs

Question

What parking and transportation options are available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

At the Chapel: There is no parking directly at the Vail Chapel, but there are several parking garages nearby, including the Vail Village Parking Garage. From there, take a 5 minute shuttle ride and be sure to get off at the Four Seasons Hotel stop, which is closest to the chapel. If you prefer to walk, the chapel is less than 10 minutes from the garage. There is also the Lionshead Parking Garage, which requires a slightly longer shuttle ride. At the Reception: For the reception at the Lodge at Vail, valet parking is available. Alternatively, it’s just about a 5 minute walk from the chapel. For more details on parking options, including rates and availability, please visit: https://www.vail.gov/government/departments/transportation-services/parking-information Additional Tip: If you plan on walking between locations, consider bringing a light jacket or shawl, as it might get a bit chilly along the way.

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you—that’s the gift that means the most to us! Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve set up a Honeyfund for anyone who’d like to contribute toward our honeymoon and the start of married life. You can find it here: https://www.honeyfund.com/site/casares-leslie-06-07-2025 If you’d prefer to share your gift in person, we’ll have a card box at the reception. Thank you for your love and support—it truly means the world to us.

Question

How soon should we book lodging?

Answer

We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible! Our wedding weekend falls during the GoPro Mountain Games, a popular event that brings a lot of visitors to Vail. Hotels and rentals tend to fill up quickly, so we suggest reserving your stay early to ensure the best options and rates.
