A room block will be available starting on Thursday, October 15th. You can choose to stay for two days or just the day of the wedding. Check in is at 3pm and the hotel cannot guarantee an earlier check in time. The deadline for booking within the room block is September 15, 2026. You may book online by clicking "view" below or by calling the hotel directly and mentioning "Sass Wedding" to get the discounted rate.

Shuttle

Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy a shuttle ride from the hotel to the venue and back! The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 3:30pm and promptly depart at 3:45pm. There will be two shuttles returning to the hotel from the venue: 9:00pm & 10:00pm.
