What do I need to fly to Punta Cana?

Answer

EACH traveler in your party must have a passport and E-tickets for this trip. The name on your passport and E-tickets must match your airline tickets exactly. Passports must be valid for 6 months after travel. Each traveler needs an E-ticket for arrival into Punta Cana AND an e-ticket for departure out of Punta Cana. Website for E-ticket: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ The E-Ticket service is completely free of charge. If you are being charged for e-tickets, you are on a fake website.

Is there a security deposit?

YES. The hardrock will charge a credit card on arrival. It is 100$ PER NIGHT. (So if you stay 4 nights they will hold $400. )This is just a deposit and the hold will be released after check out.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Transportation to and from the airport is included with your room booking when booking through Carol.

We recommend bringing a little extra cash for tipping the staff . Bring US money. The ATM only gives pesos & hardrock will not Exchange for US.

Do we have to book through your travel agent?

Answer

Yes, in order to attend our wedding events your room must be booked through our travel agent ( Carol). Guests must also stay at the Hard Rock in order to partake in wedding festivities. Its very important that you book through Carol and not direct on the Hard Rock website.( FEE IS LISTED BELOW FOR BOOKING OUTSIDE OF CAROL)

If you choose to book outside of the travel agent there will be a 25$ fee per event ( per person)- in total $50 (for the Welcome Party & Wedding reception.) If you choose to book outside of our travel agent YOU will be responsible for the fee.** Please Reach out to Carol if booking outside block**
