When we first met it was briefly in fall of 2017 but it wasn’t until a year later during the fall of 2018 when we reconnected and became good friends through a mutual friend. Josh was manger of the Latin dance club at the time and asked if I would like to be his partner. Of course, me not knowing how to dance well, definitely took up the opportunity to be taught by, in my opinion one of the best Latin dance teachers ;) After that, followed lots of practices and dances every weekend. As we continued to meet up outside of dance practice, it wasn't long until I realized that josh wasn't just a talented dance partner but also an amazing friend who would eventually become my life partner.

Joshua asked me to marry him on top of Ensign Peak (A super cute little hike with the most breathtaking view of Salt Lake City, Utah.) About 8 months prior, he took me on the same hike for the first time, as one of our first dates. I clearly remember mentioning what a beautiful place it would be to get proposed to. Of course, at the time I did not know he would be the one, but on June 8th, 2019 he made that thought become reality, making me the happiest girl in the whole world.
