Travel Note
There is an airport in Redding that you could directly fly into, but they only fly a few airlines (I know United is the main one), and there are car rentals available at the airport! A cheaper option would be flying into Sacramento, the closest city. If you choose this option, you will have to get a car rental at the Sacramento airport. The drive from Sacramento is around two and a half hours to Redding.
