When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 30th so we can finalize the details. If your plans change after you RSVP, please contact us so we can update our headcount accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive on time so you can be seated and ready to go for the ceremony start time!

What should I wear?

Answer

We recommend semi-formal cocktail party attire - think cocktail dresses, dress shirts & slacks! (We only ask that you avoid wearing white.)

Can I bring my kids or pets to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your littles (human and furry), this is a 21+ celebration. Since Winemakers Reserve is a working wine production facility, it's not a suitable environment for kids or pets.

What can we expect for the cocktail style reception?

Instead of a traditional seated dinner, we’re hosting a cocktail-style reception. Think fun mix & mingle — you’ll be free to visit, play games, dance, and grab a bite whenever you like!

What food & drinks can we expect at the cocktail style reception?

Answer

While we’re not having a traditional seated dinner, there will be plenty of food to fill you up throughout the evening, from apps, to dinner, to dessert! Since our venue is a tasting room, there will be ample wine (of course!), along with beer, cider and non-alcoholic beverages. Come hungry, come thirsty, and get ready to celebrate the night away!

Are there hotel blocks available?

We don’t have hotel blocks reserved, so feel free to book any accommodation that works best for you! Some nearby hotels: Country Inn & Suites, Seattle-Bothell (3.3 miles away) Hampton Inn & Suites-Seattle Woodinville (2.6 miles away) Willow's Lodge (1.2 miles away)
