Our journey began in 2011 during our freshman year of college. From the moment we met, we naturally gravitated toward each other. Our connection deepened on a trip for our humanities class, bonding as we wandered through the MoMa museum. That day marked the beginning of something truly special. Throughout college, we were inseparable. Both athletes—me on the women’s soccer team and him on the men’s basketball team—we found strength and comfort in each other. Together, we navigated the highs and lows of young love, growing pains, and all the challenges life threw our way. No matter what, we always found our way back to each other. As we’ve grown together into adulthood, our love has only deepened. Whether we’re traveling the world—dancing until 3 AM at an Afrobeat club in Thailand—or enjoying quiet moments hosting holidays at home, we’ve built a life full of passion, adventure, and shared joy. From visiting family in Albany and NYC to trying new restaurants, laughing at comedy shows, cooking lessons, or simply writing rap songs together, every moment feels meaningful and fun.
