Mothers Beach
Beautiful sandy beach! Perfect for a day of lounging and swimming if you can handle the cold water temperature. Larry and Brianna celebrated here after they got engaged.
Gooch's Beach
A favorite Puccini family spot! Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. You can also spot surfers here.
Bennett's Store
If you need a sandwich to cure your hangover, look no further than Bennett's. We recommend the Chicken Cheesesteak, Steak and Cheese, Italian or the Lobster Sub for the Lobster lovers out there.
The Clam Shack
A go to spot for lobster rolls and fried clams. You can enjoy them while you overlook the boats in the river. But be warned: watch out for the seagulls! They'll steal your lunch.
Schooner Eleanor
One of the best ways to see the coast of Maine is from the ocean! Brianna knows this well from spending summers sailing in Kennebunk. Take a sail on Schooner Eleanor to see the sites and bring a sweatshirt with you. It can be a little chilly out on the water. Brianna and Larry did this together on one of Larry's first visits to Kennebunkport!
Goose Rocks Dairy (Ice cream)
The best ice cream in the area!! Our favorites are peppermint patty and S'mores!
Aquaholics Surf Shop
Here you can sign up for a surf lesson or rent wetsuits, surf boards, paddle boards, kayaks, and beach gear. They also have great flip flops and bathing suits if you are in the market to buy something new!
Hurricane Restaurant
Our pick for the best restaurant in town! We recommend the Mediterranean Seafood Stew or the Baked Stuffed Lobster if you are feeling super indulgent.
Federal Jack's
This is the long-time local watering hole in town. If you want a beer, go for a Shipyard -- a delicious brew from Maine! Things tend to get busy/rowdy here after 10:30 pm.
H.B. Provisions
Convenient store in town! Good place to get a sandwich, purchase a six-pack, or grab a Whoopie Pie (an infamous New England dessert delight).
Arundel Wharf
Seafood - Cocktail Bar - Craft Beer - Wine Bar - Lobster Rolls! Great place to sit out on the deck, watch boats go by in the river, and have a beverage.
