Wedding Party

Meet our wedding party — or, as we like to call them, ‘proof that we have friends.’

Meghan Murphy

Maid of Honor

Megs has been my best friend since day one and the person I’ve always looked up to for everything. She’s been there for all the big moments and the everyday ones in between, always ready with the best advice and the kind of humor that makes everything better. She’s equal parts role model and built-in best friend, and life is just better with her in it. Honestly, she’s been training for this Maid of Honor role her whole life—whether she knew it or not.

Layton Sagal

Best Man

5 years ago when I started at Chick-fil-A, Layton (and his truly terrible haircut) randomly started talking to me. Since then, he’s become the closest thing I’ve ever had to a brother. Layton is loyal, hilarious, and thankfully now has a decent haircut thanks to my barber. With all that in mind, I honestly can’t think of anyone I’d rather have standing by my side as my Best Man on our special day.

Sage Harris

Bridesmaid

Sage and I go way back—16 years of being bestfriends to be exact. She’s had a front-row seat to every version of me, and according to Kyler, she’s been “blessed” to know him for the last 7. She’s seen our relationship through plenty of laughs, and more than a few plot twists—and through it all, she’s been a constant presence in our lives, always caring, always listening, and always ready to stand by us no matter what. Let’s be honest, though… Sage knew this day was coming long before we did, and she’s been patiently waiting for her “I told you so” moment.

Ben Burch

Groomsman

What started as a strictly professional relationship quickly became something much more. And no — this isn’t a scandalous confession about an affair with my boss, you weirdo. I’m saying he became one of my best friends. Ben is the kind of guy you can count on for just about anything: advice, a laugh, or just someone who does a spot-on heisman pose (IYKYK). I can't think of a better guy to stand by my side on this special day.

Samantha Kyle

Bridesmaid

Samantha may be my fiancé’s sister, but from the very start she’s felt like family. She welcomed me with so much kindness and warmth, and over time she’s become not just a future sister-in-law, but also a true friend. She has the sweetest heart and most genuine spirit, and I feel so lucky to have her by my side on such a special day.

Tim Sterne

Groomsman

When I first met Tim, he was just some mysterious guy who’d occasionally appear at my parents’ house to hang out. With his full beard and ponytail, I wasn’t sure if he was there to chill… or to do a Russell Brand impersonation. Luckily, after actually working with him, I realized he’s just a solid dude — reliable, grounded, and one of my closest friends. Definitely glad he’s on my side for the big day.

Ella Snyder

Bridesmaid

Ella has been by my side since childhood, sharing all the milestones, the everyday moments, and all the little memories in between—plus somehow she earned the nickname “Smelly” along the way. She’s been an incredible friend to both of us, always supportive, caring, and by our side through it all. I can’t imagine this day without her standing by our side, bringing her heart, her humor, and her unwavering friendship.

Noah Loar

Groomsman

Who would’ve guessed I’d end up with The Weeknd’s biggest fan and ACPS’s best educator as one of my groomsmen? At first, I thought Noah’s main talent was working The Weeknd into literally any conversation, but it turns out he’s also pretty great at giving advice. Whether it’s middle school math or actual life advice, he’s somehow never steered me wrong. Much like his students, I’m lucky to have him in my life — even if I’ve had to listen to 'Blinding Lights' about 10,000 times.
