Question

Weather?

Answer

It looks like rain! Josh and Bri are the luckiest people in the world to have found each other, so it only makes sense that the universe is sending us rain for luck on our wedding day! ♡ Please be sure to bring an umbrella and dress accordingly. Both the ceremony and reception have been moved indoors (fun fact - we will be the first couple EVER to get married inside the historic Greystone Mansion!). While we've moved inside due to the weather, there will be a bit of a walk through the beautiful grounds down to the mansion. We highly encourage folks to take the stroll and soak in the cinematic beauty of the grounds in the rain, but there will be a golfcart available to escort folks down the stairs if you prefer.

Question

Arrival Time?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at the venue at 3:30pm. The Ceremony will begin at 4pm.

Question

Ceremony & Reception Location

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Greystone Mansion and Gardens located at 905 Loma Vista Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Both the ceremony and the reception have moved indoors due to the weather. For the ceremony, please remember that this is our rain plan! We will have chairs for folks who need seating, but we may ask that some guests stand during the ceremony. Thank you so much for understanding as we've had to pivot our plan! The reception will follow the ceremony and will also take place inside. You'll be able to explore the various entertaining spaces built in the 1920s during dinner, with cocktail hour and dancing in the famous "Card Room."

Question

Traffic?

Answer

Yes! As most Californians know, LA = traffic. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive 30 minutes early, and add in cushion time for traffic.

Question

When will I receive the invitation?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out in late January. If you haven't received an invitation by early February, please reach out to the maid of honor, Mariah Bayr (phone number listed above).

Question

Parking & Accessibility

Answer

Parking is free at Greystone Mansion, but there is unfortunately no overnight parking. If you plan to partake in a few drinks during the celebration, please plan to take an Uber/rideshare/taxi to and from the venue. For folks who are uncomfortable with the stroll through the grounds (which includes several stairs), please reach out to us in advance, and we'll have a golf cart take you from the ceremony to the reception. Once arrived at the reception, the space is entirely wheelchair accessible, however you will need the golf cart to take you back to the parking lot when you're ready to leave.

Question

Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors - a pivot based on the weather forecast. Thank you so much for your grace and understanding as we've made some last-minute changes!

Question

Can I bring a date / how do I know if I get a +1?

Answer

Our venue has a strict limit on the maximum capacity allowed at the venue, which we've carefully taken into consideration in our guest list. We are only able to accommodate those names listed on your invitation. The invitations will clearly state the names of invitees and/or if you get an additional "guest". Thank you for understanding!

Question

Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/black-tie optional. Ladies should wear formal dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a tux for those who wish. The ceremony will take place on the grass, and the mansion itself has cobblestone walkways. We recommend ladies avoid stilettos for comfort, and opt for a wedge, block heel, or flats.

Question

RSVP Deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is Saturday, February 16th. Please RSVP as soon as you can, so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Kids?

Answer

As much as we love all of you and all of your mini you’s, this is an adults-only event and we kindly ask that you leave your kiddos at home and use this an excuse to get a sitter and enjoy a night out. (Please note that this does not include our flower girls and ring bearers).

Question

Food & Drink?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with signature cocktails, beer, and wine as well as a non-alcoholic refreshments bar. There will be appetizers during cocktail hour and you will have the option to select your dinner upon receipt of your invitation (vegan options will be included).

Question

Where are you registered?
