When do I need to RSVP by?

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Dressy Casual: Dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, chinos, neat shirts. Jacket NOT required / no jeans please.

What's on the menu?

Answer

We will be having a pasta bar! You will have the option between a red or white sauce pasta with caesar salad and bread as a side.

Will you be able to accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! If you have any dietary restrictions please contact Bride or Groom directly before October 1st. Our caterer can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

Can I bring my kids or extra guest to the wedding?

Answer

We are currently only able to accommodate children and guests indicated on your invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and consideration!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We politely ask that during the ceremony you refrain from taking pictures and videos. We do have an amazing photographer that will be capturing these special moments- please relax and enjoy the ceremony! You are more than welcome to take and post pictures and videos after the ceremony. Be sure to hashtag #HortonHearsAnIDo :)

Will there be a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

As much as we'd love to provide free drinks all night, we know how much our friends and family can put back... Select beer will be hosted for a portion of the evening, once we hit our limit we will switch to cash bar, so please prepare accordingly. We are providing transportation back to the hotels if you decide that you'd like to let loose.

What is the venue's alcohol policy?

Answer

Glenhaven Events has a very strict no outside alcohol policy. All beverages will be provided and served by the staff at Glenhaven Events while on the property. In order to adhere to the venue's policy, we ask that our guests do not bring their own alcohol to the ceremony or reception.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue over night if I choose to use the transportation offered?

Answer

We (and the venue) would rather you leave your vehicle over night than drink and drive. Please pick up your vehicle at some point the next day, preferably by noon. Your safety is important to us!

What should I do if plans change after I've already RSVP'd?

Answer

Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible! There are specific deadlines with some vendors, so accurate headcounts are important; however, we understand that sometimes plans change last minute.

What about Covid 19?

Answer

Although the COVID-19 crisis has created much uncertainty, as of now, we will be proceeding with our wedding on October 22, 2021. We will let you know if anything changes.
