"Out-of-Towners" Welcome Night

In order to spend more time with those who are traveling from out of town, we are hosting a welcome event where guests can and grab a drink and some light appetizers with us. This event is casual and come-as-you-are. We want to spend more time with you and thank you for traveling to be with us at this special time! This event is intended to be outdoors and under a large tent if weather permits. Appetizers will be provided!

Ceremony

Cocktail Attire
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Firehouse Chicago. The ceremony will take place outdoors in the side garden area as long as weather permits. If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved into the indoor event space. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm as the ceremony will begin at promptly 5:00pm.
Reception

Cocktail Attire
Dinner, snacks, and drinks will be provided by Tamale Spaceship food truck. An open bar with beer, wine, and NA beer will also be available. A loose timeline for the remainder of the evening is as follows: 5:30pm Cocktail Hour in Garden 6:30pm DJ Invites Guests for Dinner 6:45pm Newlyweds Introduced / Welcome / Food Truck Opens 7:45pm Dj Invites Guests to Garden for Toast / Cake Cutting 8:00pm DJ Invites Guest Inside / First Dances 11:00pm Last Song / Lights On 11:30pm Closes to Guests 12:30am Firehouse Chicago Closes Not a big dancer? That's okay! Please enjoy yourselves as you feel comfortable. Guests are encouraged to hang out outside in the garden, on the outdoor balcony, or try their hand at the puzzles on the back of the provided menus. Don't forget to take a glass favor home with you!
