Our celebration is semi-formal with a cozy mountain-evening twist. That means dressier than casual but not quite black-tie. Think cocktail dresses, midi-length gowns, jumpsuits, or dress pants with a button-down or blazer. Our wedding colors are deep winter blues, golds, and black accents, so feel free to lean into those rich tones if you’d like to complement the setting. We kindly ask guests to skip jeans or tennis shoes so everyone fits the elegant, romantic feel of the evening. Since it will be winter in the mountains, please dress warmly. Jackets, shawls, and layers are highly encouraged. We’ll have space heaters and blankets to keep everyone cozy while we dance under the stars. And don’t worry, there’s no fashion police here — just bring your best semi-formal style, a smile, and a little sparkle for the night.
We love your little ones and want everyone to enjoy the weekend! Please check your invitation to see if your child is included, and reach out if you’re unsure.
If your invitation includes a guest, you’ll see a “+1” noted. Please include their name when you RSVP so we can plan seating and meals accordingly.
The venue includes a cozy ranch house where we and our wedding party will be staying for the weekend, so those guests are already all set and know who they are. For everyone else, we’ve put together a list of nearby hotels and rental properties we personally recommend — all within a short drive of Cherrywood Ranch. Whether you prefer a charming cabin, a boutique inn, or a comfy hotel bed after a night of dancing, there are plenty of great options to choose from. If you need any help booking or want to check about a hotel block, feel free to reach out! We’re happy to point you in the right direction and make your travel plans as easy (and fun) as possible.
February in the North Georgia Mountains is cool and cozy. Perfect for fireside evenings and crisp, scenic days. Bring layers for the evening chill so you can enjoy the celebration comfortably.
Since both the ceremony and reception are on the same property, no shuttles are needed. There’s plenty of on-site parking available at the venue for your convenience.
Please RSVP by January 22, 2026 so we can finalize our headcount and seating plans.
Your presence is our greatest gift! But if you’d like to bless us with something, we’ve set up a registry (linked on the Registry page) and a honeymoon fund for future adventures.
We’ll be celebrating all weekend — from our Friday welcome gathering to Sunday brunch. Full details can be found on the “Schedule” page.
