Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to reserve their rooms and RSVP by December 1, 2024. In order to reserve your room, it is just a $200 deposit per room, which is applied to your room. However, we suggest you reserve your room as soon as possible to ensure the room you want is available. After paying your deposit, you can make payments towards your room. Your room must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposit is non-refundable 90 days prior to your arrival.

Question

Is a passport required?

Answer

Yes - a passport is required to travel to Punta Cana. You must have a valid passport booklet, not a passport card. Please ensure that your passport is not going to expire within 6 months of your return travel date. It takes approximately 6-8 weeks to process a passport. Cost is approximately $165 for a new passport. More info on passport applications: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html If you do not have a passport or it is going to expire, get one now to avoid rush fees and stress!

Question

If I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - just let us know when you RSVP, so we can communicate with our wedding planner.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our Ceremony, cocktail, and reception we ask attire to be beach dressy casual . A sundress, a breezy maxi dress, or a comfortable romper or jumpsuit. A collared shirt - Hawaiian/printed/solid color button-down shirt without a tie or a short-sleeve polo, linen/lightweight shorts or pants. Too hot for pants, wear nicer shorts. Shoes too high and hurt your feet, go barefoot/sandals. Top button on your shirt too tight, don't worry about the buttons!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes - kids are welcome and the resort has kid friendly activities, but we also want you to be able to let loose and have fun! Kids under the age of 4 are able to stay at no cost.

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere, as we are asking our guests to travel. If you can't attend or still would like to give a gift, we have a registry tab.
