Travel
We recommend booking quickly, as August is a busy time in beautiful Lake Tahoe. A great place to look are vacation rental sites in Incline Village or Kings Beach on AirBnB, VRBO and Vacasa.
The venue is located in North Lake Tahoe, Incline Village. However, if you're making a vacation out of your trip and willing to drive, South Lake Tahoe has far more hotels and casinos to offer at a reasonable price. It's roughly a 35 minute drive from one end of the lake to the other.
Note: Ubers and Taxi's can be limited at the Lake and may have long wait times. Please plan accordingly after the reception.
Flight
Reno-Tahoe International Airport
If you're flying, the Reno-Tahoe airport is the closest location. Then we recommend renting a car and driving up to Lake Tahoe. Incline Village is about a 45 minute drive from the airport.
