The Wedding Website of Brian Perez and Zahra Millali
There are several airlines offering direct and connecting flights from Miami (MIA) to Athens (ATH). Popular airlines include: American Airlines Delta Air Lines British Airways (with a layover in London) Air France (with a layover in Paris) Turkish Airlines (with a layover in Istanbul) Getting to Santorini After arriving in Athens, you’ll need to arrange travel to Santorini. You have two options: By Flight: There are multiple daily flights from Athens International Airport (ATH) to Santorini (JTR). The flight is approximately 45 minutes, and we recommend booking in advance as flights can fill up quickly, especially during peak travel times. By Ferry: For a scenic journey, you can take a ferry from the Port of Piraeus in Athens to Santorini. The ferry ride takes between 5-8 hours, depending on the type of ferry. Ferries can be booked online through various ferry companies, and it’s a great way to enjoy views of the Aegean Sea.

Travel Tips

Passport Requirements: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay. Currency: The local currency is the Euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s always a good idea to have some cash on hand for smaller purchases. Time Zone: Athens operates in Eastern European Time (EET), which is 7 hours ahead of Miami.
