Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please see the schedule section for information on all our wedding events. Plan to arrive at the venue no later than 4:30 PM so you have time to be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:45 PM. Guests who arrive late will be asked by our wedding planner to wait outside and will not be allowed to enter or be seated until an appropriate pause in the ceremony. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and respectful experience for everyone. Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony and kindly request no photos or videos with cellphones or personal cameras during the ceremony. We have hired a photography and videography team to capture the event. Feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception. There will also be a photo booth and a QR code for uploading your photos and videos. We will share the link after the wedding with everyone to enjoy all the photos both professional and from our guests. Tendremos una ceremonia sin dispositivos y pedimos amablemente que no se tomen fotos ni videos con celulares o cámaras personales. Hemos contratado un equipo de fotografía y videografía para capturar el evento. Siéntanse libres de tomar fotos durante la hora del cóctel y la recepción. También habrá un fotomatón y un código QR para subir sus fotos y videos. Compartiremos el enlace después de la boda para disfrutar de todas las fotos, tanto profesionales como de nuestros invitados.

What transportation is available?

Answer

Guests staying at Grand Solmar Land's End will have transportation to our rehearsal dinner and will not need additional transportation on the wedding day, as the event is on-site. Everyone will need to arrange their own transportation to their respective hotels from the airport. If you're staying at a different resort, you'll also need to arrange transportation to the rehearsal dinner. Location details can be found in the schedule section. We highly recommend booking your transportation from the airport to your hotel in advance, prior to your arrival. Los invitados que se hospeden en Grand Solmar Land's End tendrán transporte para la cena de ensayo y no necesitarán transporte adicional el día de la boda, ya que el evento será en el mismo lugar. Todos deberán organizar su propio transporte desde el aeropuerto a sus respectivos hoteles. Si te hospedas en otro resort, también deberás organizar transporte para la cena de ensayo. Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, please wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. Bright colors are welcome! The wedding and reception areas are walkable in most type of shoes, but if you want to enjoy the sand, there is easy beach access. Answer

Our rehearsal dinner will be a sunset cruise, and location details can be found in the schedule tab. The wedding day, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will all be held at Grand Solmar Land's End Resort. While there won’t be a virtual option available, we’ll be sure to share plenty of photos and videos once we receive them from our photography team. We appreciate your love and support from afar! Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour following our ceremony at the resort complex. Our coordinator will provide directions on the day of the celebration. We'll be serving light hors d'oeuvres along with beverages. Sí, habrá una hora de cóctel después de nuestra ceremonia en el complejo del resort.
