You can make a room reservation by: 1.) Calling 1-304-725-2200, speak with one of the guest service agents and let them know you want to book a room for October 1st and/or October 2nd, 2021 in the group code GKW (Greene-Kearney Wedding); 2. Go online to www.charlestownsuites.hamptoninn.com and enter the appropriate dates. Our Convention/Group Code is: GKW. (PLEASE NOTE: the cut-off date for reservations is September 4, 2021. After this date, reservations at the rate offered will still be accepted on a “space available” basis only by dialing the hotel directly, but availability and rate cannot be guaranteed.)

Shuttle
October 2, 2021 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm
There will be a shuttle that will take guests from the Hampton Inn hotel to Kalero Vineyard at 3:00pm and will depart at 3:15pm. The shuttle will also do two return runs to the hotel. The first one is at 9:00pm. The second and last one will be at 10:30pm.
Travel Note
Friends are invited to spend the evening with us camping at the vineyard. Please bring your air mattress, tent, pillows, and favorite memories. We are permitted use of the renovated barn all evening, and space will be bountiful. Yes, this includes bathrooms. ;)
