Are children invited?
Answer
YES! The resort allows children under 18 and we are excited to welcome your children to our wedding. Majestic Mirage features a Kid's Club, Teen Club and more for your children to enjoy. More details to come as the resort opens in early 2026.

How do we book a room?
Answer
Open the travel section and click on 'view' to open our booking website. We are using Paradise Travels for assistance with booking and transfers. The code to book is 1026

When do we need to book a room by?
Answer
We have a limited number of rooms, so we recommend putting a deposit down when you know you are attending You have until June 16, 2026 to make 1st and 2nd deposits You have until July 30, 2026 to make final payment for room You have until September 6, 2026 to send flight information for transportation It is possible to book a room after June 16th, however it will be based on the resort's availability and the rates available at that time Vianney at Paradise Travel will be happy to assist with any further questions or to book after the room block is closed

Where do we fly into?
Answer
Cancun International Airport After you get your bags walk straight through the masses of people selling timeshare, rental cars, excursions, rides etc and walk OUTSIDE. When you are outside is where you will find your transfer.

How do we get from the airport to the hotel?
Answer
Paradise Weddings can assist with transfers. The resort is approximately 20 minutes north of Cancun

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Weather permitting yes - it will be at a rooftop location at the resort I'm too type A to not have a plan B - In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified of change in location by noon day of the wedding

What if I have food allergies?
Answer
There will be a buffet at the reception The hotel will take note of allergies at time of check-in and at each restaurant You can also let us know of life threatening allergies and we will notify the wedding coordinator

What do I wear?
Answer
For the wedding - beach casual is great! Breathable fabrics like linen pants, cotton, sundress or maxi dress Whatever you will be comfortable in Restaurants have dress codes viewable on the resort website. Mostly casual elegant. Shirts must have sleeves. Shorts and sandals are allowed

Is there a resort app?
Answer
Yes - a QR code or the website will be provided on location. We recommend pinning the site to the home page on your phone so it is easy to find You will be able to view restaurants, dress codes, activities, live shows and nighttime entertainment.

Is there WiFi?
Answer
WiFi is free at the resort If you do not have an international data plan, we recommend turning off 'cellular data', or placing phone in airplane mode and using the wifi. Install WhatsApp on your phone prior to arrival at the hotel so you can message your butler or other resort staff

Do I need to bring cash?

We usually bring small bills to show our appreciation for excellent service

Do we need reservations for dinner?
Answer
Reservations are required at L'essence and for a Teppanyaki table at Kabuki You will have a butler who can assist you with reservations
