The Courtyard by Marriott is one of the two hotels we have rooms reserved for our guests. It’s about ten minutes from our wedding venue, The Conservatory at Evergreen, and five minutes from the Indianapolis Airport. Make sure to book before Aug. 6, 2026!

Hampton Inn & Suites Avon Indianapolis

The Hampton Inn & Suites is a hotel we have a room discount ("WEDDING rate") available for our guests. It’s about twenty minutes from our wedding venue, The Conservatory at Evergreen, and about fifteen minutes from the Indianapolis Airport. Rooms are on a first come, first served basis.

Indianapolis International Airport (IND)

The Indianapolis International Airport is the most direct and closest airport to the wedding venue, hotels, and additional wedding event locations. They have wonderful rental car options and shuttles to take you around the grounds.
