We highly recommend staying in the main lodge or the clock tower rooms, there will be shuttles to and from the ceremony/reception area. There is a two night minimum on these rooms (Fri and Sat). These rooms/condos/villas often fit more than 4 guests, sometimes up to 10 or 12. Check in is at 5pm so please be sure to request an early check-in. Don't forget to use our discount code!

To enter Discount Code select the Special Code button and add Code in the Group box. The Mountain Grand Lodge is the main lodge where we will be staying. The other lodges are in walking distance of the Mountain Grand Lodge. There is also a range of condos and homes available for groups on the resort property. Shuttles will be provided from the Mountain Grand Lodge to the Beach House on Saturday for the ceremony and reception. They will be available throughout the evening. Standard check-in is at 5pm. Please request early check-in when you set up your reservation.
