We recommend arriving early! The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. If you’re staying at the hotel, shuttles will depart at 4:30 PM to bring guests to the venue. We’ll have welcome drinks upon arrival, so come early, settle in, and enjoy before everything begins 🥂

The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception to follow under the stars. Please dress accordingly for a warm summer day on the sand!
Yes — we plan to provide shuttle transportation between the hotel block and the venue. Shuttle locations and timing will be shared on the site once finalized.
Yes! We have a room block at The Mansion at Glen Cove. You can find all the details (including our code) on the Hotel page of this site. We highly recommend booking through our block—it helps us meet our minimum (otherwise we get charged lol). Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and Crescent Beach Club on the wedding day, so staying there will make things super easy.
Yes, but please let us know if you plan on parking or using valet.
If your invitation includes a plus-one, they’ll be listed when you RSVP. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate additional guests beyond that.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
