What’s the theme of the wedding?

Answer

“An Evening of Red Roses”: Our celebration is inspired by timeless romance and classic elegance. Guests can expect an evening surrounded by lush red roses, glam, and a formal, black-tie-optional atmosphere—romantic, refined, and unforgettable.

What should I wear?

Answer

Elegant black- tie opitional attire is requested. We invite our guests to dress in formal attire, ensuring a polished and glamorous celebration.

For ladies, what dress colors should we avoid?

Answer

We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, beige, champagne, red, and burgundy, as these colors are reserved for the bridal party. Our dress code is formal, black-tie-optional, so please select an elegant ensemble that respects this special occasion.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church by 12:45 PM to ensure a prompt start to the ceremony at 1:00 PM. Plenty of parking is available.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour starting at 4:30 PM outside the reception, Diamond Events Ballroom and doors may open early. Guests can look forward to an enticing selection of Spanish appetizers and refreshing beverages to enjoy during this time.

What if I have issues finding the venue?

Answer

The ballroom is towards the right back side of the building. If you have trouble locating the venue, feel free to contact Adriana at (407) 552-8344, who will be happy to provide guidance and help you find your way to the reception.

Arrival time for reception

Answer

We suggest arriving before the doors open at 5 PM to ensure you don't miss our grand entrance and the start of the celebration. Plenty of parking is available.

What food will be provided?

Answer

Join us for cocktail hour just outside the venue before the doors officially open. Since the bride’s Dominican and the groom’s Puerto Rican, we’re serving up some of our favorite dishes from both cultures at the reception. Come hungry and ready to celebrate!

Are children allowed to the wedding?

Answer

Children are welcome at our wedding! We kindly request that parents supervise their children throughout the celebration to ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment.

Do you accept Zelle as wedding gifts?

Answer

Yes, we gladly accept wedding gifts through Zelle. You can send monetary contributions to Stacy at (407)683-8613 or Brian at (407)437-3753. We are deeply grateful for your generosity and support as we begin our new life together.

Why do I see a processing fee at checkout for the cash fund?

Answer

To make it easier for the bride and groom, they added a cash fund option for contributions. However, Zola has added a 2.5% cash fund fee which will be added at check out.

The RSVP option isn’t working through the website?

Answer

If you encounter any difficulties RSVPing online, you can easily respond by mailing back your response or contacting Stacy directly at (407)683-8613 to ensure you're added to the guest list.

How many people can I bring as my plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are welcome, but the bride and groom ask to rsvp with the number of attendee(s). However, if you have any questions about bringing a plus one, please contact Stacy directly at (407) 683-8613. We're happy to help clarify any questions.
