Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We will be having a Welcome Dinner (Friday evening) in lieu of a rehearsal dinner. Anyone who is in town is invited to attend. It will be a BBQ - so wear your most comfortable farm clothes! Children are welcome to this event. Timeline 420p: Bus arrives at Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn, trip #1 510p: Bus arrives at Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn, trip #2 550p: Last bus ride from Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn to farm, trip #3 5p: Rehearsal (for those involved) 6p: Guests arrive 7p: Dinner is served 730p: Speeches (for anyone who wants to share a hilarious story about the bride or groom) 830-10p Staggered buses back to both hotels 10p: Guests leave so we can get our beauty sleep for the big day!

Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Attire: Suites (with or without a tie), cocktail dresses, or gowns - bonus points for incorporating red and blue. Stacey will take care of the white!!

The wedding will be Saturday evening, also at the farm. We will be providing transportation from two designated hotels to the farm at the beginning of the evening and from the farm back to the hotels at the end of the evening. Those who would like to drive are welcome to drive although we encourage using the provided transportation as parking will be limited. The dress code for this event is formal attire but be mindful when picking footwear as the footing is grass. To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. Brunch

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Sunday morning will be a brunch for those who still have some party left in them. The dress code for this event is casual. Transportation not provided. Children are welcome to this event.
