COVID-19 Update
As of today we are still planning to hold this event as scheduled. This is a rapidly changing situation and if we need to cancel or postpone this event we will let you know.
During the event we will ask that everyone wears a mask and obeys social distancing guidelines. We plan to provide masks and sanitizer as well, so don't worry if you do not already have one.
** Hotel Accommodations Notice **
We still have our hotel block with the Marriott Springhill Suites at a rate of $189 per night. You may want to look into booking outside of the block as room rates right now are lower.
