Please RSVP as soon as possible after you receive your invitation! All RSVPs must be in by September 1st in order to give our venue and vendors an accurate head count. If you can not attend, we completely understand! Just please let us know as soon as you can, so we can plan accordingly!
Please arrive at 4pm. The ceremony will begin exactly at 4:30pm. Any late-comers will not be able to enter.
Yes- Black Tie Optional! We would love to see everyone looking their best, so we are requesting guests wear floor length gowns, tuxedos, or dark suits. You will not be able to outdo the bride and groom, but you can try! The wedding party will be wearing black. But feel free to dress in any color, except white of course!
As much as we love all the little ones in our life, this will be a child-free event. Use this evening as a date night on us!
If you're invitation includes a plus one-absolutely! You will be asked to provide their name when you RSVP.
Absolutely! Please specify on your RSVP if there are any dietary restrictions. Dinner will include table-side ordering, so please also let your waiter know!
Yes- there will be transportation! Most hotels are within walking distance of each other. When you RSVP, let us know where you are staying, so we can choose pick up spots that can accommodate the most guests. Transportation will also be provided from the venue to the after party. However, transportation will not be provided to those staying in private rental properties such as Air BnB's or VRBO's.
Yes! The Hildene by day is a lovely museum (which you may tour privately during cocktail hour). There is a parking lot down a small hill, and golf carts are available for guests who need them!
