What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue at 2:30PM. There will be a lot of preparations occurring before your arrival, so please do not arrive earlier than 2:30PM. The ceremony will begin shortly after.

Ceremony begins at 3:00PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal. It is okay to wear white and black at this wedding! Wedding colors will be black, hunter green, gold, and white. If you want to coordinate with these colors, go for it! Ladies - we recommend flats or wedges and advise against stiletto heals. To walk down to the ceremony, will require walking down a graveled path and the ceremony will be on grass. NO jeans, NO T-shirts, and NO flip-flops. Whatever you wear, make sure you can move in it, as we plan on dancing the night away!

We ask that all wedding events be kept to only the individuals included on your invitation.

If they are not named on the invitation, no. We ask that all wedding events be kept to only the individuals included on the invitation.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

If you choose to drive, there is ample on-site parking at the venue. If you drink a little too much and need to catch a ride with another, the venue does allow cars to stay parked over night but they will need to be picked up first thing the next morning.

Does Uber/Lyft operate in Stevenson, WA?

Answer

No. There is NO ride-share services. There is ample parking at the venue.

Are bridges in the Columbia River Gorge toll bridges?

Answer

Yes, bridges in the Columbia River Gorge that cross the Columbia River between Washington and Oregon are toll bridges. Typically require $3-$4 cash for each time you cross the bridge. If you stay in Cascade Locks and plan on crossing over The Bridge of The Gods, as well as crossing the Columbia River to visit Hood River, etc. carry some petty cash!

Will there be an open bar???

Answer

Grooms' will be providing, beer, wine, cider, non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. water, lemonade, ice tea, etc.), and a signature cocktail or two. Be responsible and don't drink and drive!

Are animals allowed?

Answer

We love your animal friends, but the venue does not allow dogs or any other critters. Please leave them at home.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Smoking is allowed outside at the designated smoking area. NO SMOKING of anything indoors, whatsoever. Please be respectful of the venue by properly putting-out your cigarette/disposing of it in an ash tray - DON'T THROW IT on the ground.

Can i walk through the landscaping and field?

Answer

No. Please stay out of the landscaped planter beds/field and remain on designated paths.
